Saw a scene between employees where it should have been dealt with quietly in the back but instead showed the customers in the front you’re messing up orders. On top of that you gave me ice cream that was already a basically a milkshake. I know it’s a hot day but handing it to me with the ice cream already made melted mostly I would expect it to look like that in my car sitting not handing to me at the shop and extra tops requested I paid and didn’t receive.
