I have put in the mobile order last three days for lunch at this dairy queen and every time I've had to ask for my ice cream cause they, oh I forgot or just didn't look. And I have to spend my whole lunch break, waiting on my food. It should not take 30 minutes to do a mobile order. Especially when they're not that busy, I understand the first time because they were busy. But dus not excuse them forgetting my ice cream but the past 2 days, they were not busy. They still couldn't get food out at eight appropriate time frame.
