The lady at the counter messed up 3/4ths of our order. My wife's pineapple lemonade was extremely sweet so she threw it out and the double burger I didn't order was dry and didn't taste fresh. Should have went to a&w.

Daughter ordered chicken strip combo. Got home and chicken was raw.
Ordered food on Uber Eats. Didn't receive our drinks or the gravy that I paid for. Very disappointed in Biyu and their packing job. They need to make sure everything is on the bag.
