The people working at Trail dairy queen don’t seem to know what a large plain cone should look like. Every second or 3rd time i go for a large cone I get the large cone part, but with way less ice cream than the 10 ounces it should be. It happened again today, i questioned the young guy , he said I can get him to weigh it, the other lad said that he did. The ice cream on the top was about half of what it should have been. We ordered 2 ice creams & 3 burgers but only got 2 of the burgers. When we called to let them know the lady (that took our order) said she heard us only ask for 1 then hung up on us. Our order was over $40 and she didn’t give us a receipt either so we can’t confirm if we paid for 3 burgers or just the 2 we received. Unfortunately, poor customer service outweighs the overall experience.
This is a great example of what a good manager can do. Place was clean, burgers were not squished, but looked and tasted good and the staff was quick and friendly. Well done.
