The best dairy queen I've ever been to staff is so very nice and food is always hot and fresh love to eat here
Service was meh they were rushing to get line down more than being consistent with the orders. We repeated multiple times what we wanted and yet our orders still had to be corrected twice. I’d say work on consistency over speed. Building was clean and nice. Food was meh..not hot not cold.
Charging for ice cream cones on the free ice cream cone day 3/19/2026, if you use drive thru. FREE MEANS FREE. REGARDLESS IF YOU USE THE DRIVE THRU OR LOBBY. This place has went down hill since the NEW OWNERS took over. Scammers
I went into the Carlinville IL DQ on February 12, 2026. I tried ordering off the 2 for $5 menu. 4-2pc chicken strips and a beverage. Should have been around $12 or so. I was told $8 and some change. I questioned the cashier who clearly did not speak english very well. She insisted that she had it right. I then asked if she was the manager , and she said , no , and pointed to another girl.
