I had the always delicious peanut butter parfait. My hubby had the strawberry cheesecake flurry which was equally delicious. Yes I had to have a taste of his. Easy access from the stoplight on Rt 286, and plenty of parking. Clean facility including restrooms. Friendly server.
The customer Service, mainly the manager was terrible. I rarely write bad reviews. I wish I could write a good one for this. Since we love other DQ. However I got my daughter a kids meal that comes with a small ice cream. My daughter just wanted a cup not a cone with a little chocolate fudge. I even offered to pay a difference for the extra fudge and the manager told us no. We would have to buy a whole new ice cream. Thats ridiculous. I was willing to pay a difference too. I paid over $6 and got home to find it barely filled. That’s ridiculous. I didn’t even ask for a lid, but it’s clear why they just chose to put one on and hand it to me that way.
