Great Ice Cream options! The Heath Blizzard I had was good and the customer service i received was great and quick! Clean and looks like it was just updated. Has outside seating if you wish to eat outside on the warmer nice days
I had the always delicious peanut butter parfait. My hubby had the strawberry cheesecake flurry which was equally delicious. Yes I had to have a taste of his. Easy access from the stoplight on Rt 286, and plenty of parking. Clean facility including restrooms. Friendly server.
The customer Service, mainly the manager was terrible. I rarely write bad reviews. I wish I could write a good one for this. Since we love other DQ. However I got my daughter a kids meal that comes with a small ice cream. My daughter just wanted a cup not a cone with a little chocolate fudge. I even offered to pay a difference for the extra fudge and the manager told us no. We would have to buy a whole new ice cream. Thats ridiculous. I was willing to pay a difference too.
