This place has improved through the years. Good food and customer service
Almost 20 minutes in the Drive Thru to NOT get a Blizzard. We didn't order a meal. Nothing complicated. No speciality items. A BLIZZARD. After sitting at the window for 15 minutes, with 5 vehicles behind us, I finally opened the window and told them we were leaving. The guy standing there staring at the register looked stunned. The response from Dairy Queen will be nothing but a ridiculous "bot comment" to follow. They do not take any of this seriously. We won't be back.
Normally I dread coming here cuz I know there will be a wait in the D.T.or the ingredients will be gone for what I order.... But on my birthday of all days ordered two four-piece chicken strips dinners and two caramel apple blizzards. Speedy service, friendly girls & great experience. Go DQ! Keep it up the chicken strips however seem to keep getting smaller?
Went to Dairy Queen tonight and sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, only to finally get to the speaker around 7:30 PM and be told the grill was already shut down… even though the store doesn’t close until 8:00. Maybe someone can explain how you’re “open” for another 30 minutes but no longer serving food? If the grill closes early, post a sign. Put it online.
