Went to Dairy Queen tonight and sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, only to finally get to the speaker around 7:30 PM and be told the grill was already shut down… even though the store doesn’t close until 8:00. Maybe someone can explain how you’re “open” for another 30 minutes but no longer serving food? If the grill closes early, post a sign. Put it online. If you are going through the drive thru plan to spend AT LEAST 30mins waiting. Doesn’t matter the time of day, slow times are still a long wait. I can’t say how it is to go inside but every single time I’ve gone through the drive thru it takes forever. I will not waste my time there ever again. Unless you like sitting in your car wasting gas I recommend going somewhere else. Then the staff never apologizes for the long wait. They obviously need more help.
I love this place there are always different people when we go in and they are always nice and friendly
I come in with my 2 kids and the cashier is completely rude. The kids are in the back are on their phones and didnt acknowledge us. I ask Lauren a simple question about an item on the menu since it's been a long time and said yea yea that's what it is.... now hurry up because I have to sit for 15 mins. I just order food for my little ones and as the receipt prints out she crumples it up and shoves it hard onto my hand. And I just received a disgusted look. So very unprofessional.
