Ordered 3 medium blizzards to go. Arrived home and 2 of them were great, firm and cold. The 3rd was so soft, difficult to even locate firm ice cream, most was melted. Very disappointing.
I have had many issues with this store over the years, but tonight finally motivated me to write a review. This store has been struggling for a while. Staff turnovers are frequent, orders get mixed up often and the service is hit or miss. Tonight we bought our $7 blizzard and it was 3/4 full. Prices have gone up; but we shouldn’t be short changing customers. Likely because of the staff turnover and lack of experience. Please do better. Great service. Need a little bit better quality of burger meat. Great outdoor seating. Things were clean on the inside. Staff was great.
