I ordered mobile and after i realized it was to the wrong DQ, i called and cancelled. It took 9 calls but they finally answered and told me that only the owners could refund the money, and that they probably would not. And they didn't. I've had past bad experiences with other DQ but this level of poor customer service and professionalism pushed me over. App deleted, never again. Edit: i didnt get my order or refund, i contacted corporate over a week ago, and nothing came of it.

my food was under cooked and under portion the line and service was awful. There was a young man named Brayden he was goofing around causing scenes in front of customers while using vulgar language. i will never come back to this location.
