The absolute worst service I've ever had. If you want your blizzard sneezed on this is the place.
I ordered a cake 4 days in advance by walking in to the store and placing an order via the cashier. I called the day before it was supposed to be ready as I hadn't gotten a call to pick it up and was told they hadn't started on it. I never received a call to pick it up the next day either. Thankfully there's plenty of other DQs to pick one up at, but seriously disappointed.
I realize that this is a franchise, but whoever is in charge at corporate needs to send out people to train the employees at this branch for consistency when making food. As an example, I have had shakes that have a heavy mix of strawberry with chunks so big I was having to scoop out the chunks more than I was actually able to drink the shake, and I have had shakes that only hint at the suggestion strawberries might be used to flavor them.
