Service has been good, few individuals u can tell hate their job. However few that have been great. Food quality has definitely went down and prices are bit high for quality.
The absolute worst service I've ever had. If you want your blizzard sneezed on this is the place.
I ordered a cake 4 days in advance by walking in to the store and placing an order via the cashier. I called the day before it was supposed to be ready as I hadn't gotten a call to pick it up and was told they hadn't started on it. I never received a call to pick it up the next day either. Thankfully there's plenty of other DQs to pick one up at, but seriously disappointed.
