I come here near daily during the week for my lunch. Staff is always friendly and seem to be having a good time of things. Think the worst I've ever waiting was like 5min. Today was great because I had a single Frozen Fry in my container. Not multiple, but just 1. I know this normally the part where customers gripe but i found it so out of nowhere that 1 single fry was frozen I couldn't help but laugh, made my day a little brighter. Excellent service very clean. Food was great timely service
Worst of the 3 locations in Bloomington-Normal. This evening I ordered an oreo cheesecake blizzard and came home with a barely mixed up red velvet. Several times have I received a blizzard from this location that has been barely mixed up or it has been incorrect.
