A little slow on mobile orders, I'm pretty sure they ignore them until you go there and ask someone at the coutner, but the food is solid.
Horrible customer service from the GM. I ordered a monster truck ice cream cake for my son’s 6th birthday party and I went to go pick it up and they didn’t have it. The GM said he tried to call, however I have no voicemails. He attempted to say there was something wrong with my voicemail, which I checked and there are zero issues. He proceeded to offer a $3 discount on a cake….seriously what is $3 going to do. Worthless
