Employees are nice but lazy. My food is always wrong and everything takes forever regardless of what you ordered
Does anyone want to actually work here? 5 people working but 3 of the girls are just standing around talking while the guys barely do the work. I had to park because they didn't even start the food for the delivery order. I'm currently waiting... For what? I don't know.
Having issues with their starry. It seems like not enough syrup is being used and it’s been multiple times over the last few weeks
The only reason I rated 2/5 stars instead of 1/5 is because you never know how much support a location is getting from the higher ups. This location is notorious for being slow. I’m a pretty patient person, I very rarely make the decision leave a drive thru line, but this location is the exception. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or training issue, either way this location needs support. The staff are generally kind, but the workflow needs some improvement that is for sure.
