1. The guy refused to hang over the food because my dog barked (window was closed) 2. Tried double charging me 3. Slammed the window shut in my face 4. Had me waiting over 20 minutes 5. All too busy texting and ignoring customers Also had just picked up my 7 year old and he witnessed all of it Real professional
Employees here were rude. They tried to close the lobby at 8:45 and told us it was take out only after we had ordered our ice cream and tried to sit. That's not what it says online. Lobby closes 9:30, drive-thru closes 10PM. Please change your hours online if you don't plan on sticking to them. I get you're eager to go home but come on now.
