Mr. Soul was Extremely helpful and had all my food hot fresh and made sure my meals had what I asked for (bbq and gravy in two separate meals) went back in to grab more taco sauce when I wanted more but he brought out my meal with the taco sauce but not “extra” I told him it was ok and he insisted and went and got me what I originally wanted! Every restaurant needs a great worker like him! So attentive and helpful and friendly! Thanks Dairy Queen and Soul!
First time at this Dairy Queen tonight and the manager wouldn’t honor my birthday reward. The restaurant is changing apps so since I had it on the old app she wouldn’t honor it anymore. She also had an attitude with me when I asked if there was anything she could do to still help due to my app clearly showing I had the reward. She went back and forth just to not help at all.
I ordered a Reese’s cup Blizzard, and the candy tasted completely old and stale from the very first bite. Extremely disappointing quality.
