Pretzels were super greasy and they gave me a cold queso. Cotton candy, blizzard and grilled cheese unavailable at this time.
Milkshake was so hard to drink not worth it good thing I don't have collapses lungs trying to drink it
The restaurant was an absolute disaster. Trash was scattered across the floor, and the air was filled with the sound of other patrons grumbling about the appalling lack of cleanliness. It was painfully obvious that the staff was completely overwhelmed and not keeping up with the mess, which made the entire dining experience feel uncomfortable and unpleasant. The last 4 times I have been here haven't been that great. Staff have been rude. Theygvae me someone else's order and it took several minutes just to give it back to them and tell them it wasn't mine (in the drive thru). The line is always moving slow. And today myself and another customer walked out because we were waiting to give them our order (inside) for well over 7 minutes and numerous staff walked by and didn't acknowledge either of us or ask for our order or even say they'll be right with us. Probaly the worst Dairy Queen in Ohio!! Depending on which group of people are working will depend on if you get decent or flat out horrible service! * dont be in a rush and come here *
