I have been to this one twice and both times I have ordered a blizzard, and without my request, it comes with a lid (spoiler alert - it's because it is already melting when they hand it to me). I don't understand why this location advertises that the blizzards will be flipped or your next one is free and then not stick to that, whack. I'd recommend trying to find a way to a different location, or somewhere else entirely, I know I will be from now on.
I order a Heath bar blizzard exter. Pay the dollar extra and did not get extra.Heath bar and it happened twice in a row, the first one I let slip, but another one right after I will never come back this place needs new management. I missed the old dairy queen
