I used to love this Dairy Queen. In fact I always told everyone to go to this one because they were the best. The food was always fresh and service was fanatic. And then today happened. I got a sandwich that appeared as if it had been thrown on the floor and trampled on, and fries that were so old. They didn't even appear to have potato in them anymore. My boyfriend and I have been long time customers to this DQ. We would bring our two dogs at least once a week for a plain cheeseburger and a pup cup for each. We never had an issue til today. We asked for a plain cheeseburger and a pup cup. Our fur baby got a cheeseburger with all the fixings which she can’t eat and the pup cup, which cost $1.50, was not even a 1/4 filled. Good food and service
Walked in for lunch with some colleagues and right away the atmosphere made by the employees made it seem like we were inconveniencing them. Mind you the store was empty. I got a salad and when I received it an aroma of jalapeño almost a rancid scent came from the food, I was hungry so I took a bite and was immediately grossed out. I threw the food away and left. My colleagues had to go up for their meals and were also treated with the same attitude. Mind you they forgot some things in the order.
Ordered a small cone paid and the widow closes never got my change . Jad to ask for it. Normally if its small when they go to hand back i say keep it.. But in this case just assuming and not returning the change is theft . Will be reporting g this to corporate.
