We ordered a chicken strip basket with gravy and received cold, stale fries and dipping sauce and honey mustard. Whoever was taking the order wasn’t even listening. We also said no whipped cream on the shakes and both had it.
If i could give 0 stars i would.We just moved here from Lancaster and figured we’d give this DQ a try. This is the third time we’ve been there. First time was for blizzards. i ordered 2 medium and 1 large. None of them were filled and they weren’t good and one was made wrong.Figured maybe it was just an off day so we went again to get only blizzards. Ordered at walk up window, waited 20 minutes. Someone ordered behind us and they got there’s before we did. Then come to find out it was sitting there. All melted, I asked to remake and got attitude from blonde girl in the back, read her lips why are they standing at the window staring. Got the new blizzard and it was still wrong after I told them what it was supposed to be.
