Awful customer service. The white girl with the red hair was rude and non responsive. Some employees were wearing booty shorts or pajamas.
I order online and they start my order when I get there. I order online for a reason. I want it ready whenever I get there. I know, I want too much.
This has the best one of, if not the worst, places in the tri state area to grab a bite. The employees have the worst attitude I've ever encountered in a fast food establishment. It took 20 minutes to get a blizzard because the employees straight up forgot to make it because they were too busy talking with one another. The manager was hitting her vape while hiding behind the counter like she couldn't be seen. The experience was so bad it felt like a snl skit.
