Excellent food. Fair pricing. Nice employees. Not your typical DQ
The soft serve machine has been “broken” for almost 2 years that I know of. Can you just, ya know, get it fixed? We waited about 40 minutes for 3/4 of our Blizzards, with the last one not being made because the machine had shut down again. By this time the chicken we ordered was cold. I would be upset at this, but I’m more angry at the fact that this has been my experience here 3 times in the past 2 years, and I’ve only visited about 4 times total.
