We went through the drive through. They weren't very busy at all. They didn't answer the speaker for a very long time. And then told me to hold on a minute and then just came on and said, go ahead with your order. Not Could you please wait or sorry about the wait? Nothing like that. And then when we get up to the window, we don't get greeted. Just get a hand out the window for my card. Like Dairy Queen's supposed to be happy. They have it posted at the store AND online that they are open until 8:30pm. THREE days IN A ROW, I get done at work and haul butt over there, get there the first night @7:46, 2nd night @7:55 and tonight @ 7:59 CLOSED EVERY TIME. You can NEVER make plans to go there because you NEVER know when they close. They just make it up as they go and screw the customer.
