I went through Dairy Queen's drive-thru the other day and watch them take a burger stick it in the microwave and then put it back on the grill. So today I went by and asked the manager about it. She explained to me that they call it boosting to melt the cheese and yes they do microwave all of their burgers. She also told me that Wendy's and McDonald's do the same thing. Everyone I go in and order I always order to and and they always have it for eat in and that is never fun and every since time I order a cheeseburger without ketchup they seem to love putting ketchup on the burger, if you want your order messed up from start to finish this is the place
Please have your staff quit making half the ice cream order before everything else. I have received nothing but melted blizzards more than once. It's disappointing, especially when they are so expensive. Do better!
