Asked for a heath brownie cupfection and got a heath small blizzard, and also messed up my other order as well, isn’t first time it happened either on a weekend
If I could give 0 stars I would the staff is extremely lazy
Don’t go through the drive thru unless you want your debit card taken for about 10 minutes by a bunch of high school girls. And then wait 15 minutes for 2 ice creams.
I understand that the staff is mainly young people, but I have never seen an adult or manager on shift. This is probably not a good idea, both for safety and professionalism. I appreciate teens working, but I think with an adult working alongside them there would be less mistakes. I have not had a correct order from this location in the past 2 years.
