We ordered the flamethrower chicken strip basket. We expected the strips to look like they've been tossed in some sauce. They looked almost identical to the original ones. I went to exchange the order the manager, Meagan threw them away and gave us a new order. We got what we thought the same thing again!! We went back and she looked in the box and literally yelled at us and told us to tasted it because it was indeed flamethrower flavor! We did not know! She was very rude. This is one of the best DQ around. Always do a good job.
Typically slow service in drive thru, typically short staffed to make it thru heavy customer load. Food has been good though.
Really happy with my visit to Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. Great menu variety and the flavors were spot on. Every dish came out hot and tasted homemade. Highly recommend it and I'll be back for sure.
