2nd shift supervisor was there and was talking how fast his shift was but lots of talk and no making anything. Terrible service Just fix the food and stop talking. Ridiculous
Worst experience ever. They love to rip customers off. They shorted us 2 orders of French fries. Claiming I didn't order them which I did. I'm going to locate the main office show payment receipt. Which clearly says I was telling the truth. Dairy Queen is a very good restaurant. Sad that certain employees are causing the place to look crooked
Blizzard were very good this is a busy DQ right off the highway and easy to get to there can be a bit of traffic getting to it though and maybe a short line when ordering. Paul the manager was exceptional he knows how to lead a team and satisfy customers we had a pleasant time here. It is also an older style one compared to some other DQs.
