Sat at the window for about 10 minutes before paying for my food to get cold fries and gravy.
The food tastes great, and the employees seem friendly. But when I walked in, no one greeted me even though they weren't busy taking an order. There wasn't anyone else in the lobby area waiting to order. It didn't look like they were busy, but if they were it would've been great for someone to at least say they'd be with me in a little bit. Came in for lunch, food was hot and delicious just like the girl making my food
This is the worst dairy queen I have ever been to. There has not been a SINGLE time where I’ve ordered food and they haven’t made me pull forward to wait 20+ min; and this is when they’re not even busy! I was here the other day and waited over 15 min for a single order of french fries and when I got them they were hard and basically inedible. I don’t know why this store has so many issues, but I avoid coming here at all costs now.
Had to wait over 45 minutes to receive our oder. Food was cold. We arrived at 10 am on our way up to Seattle. Delay in receiving our food was explained as the hamburger grill had to get to a hot temp to cook. Still should not take 45 minutes. We were offered a box of dilly bars to take with us but I would not entertain eating even one in our rental car driving up. We should not have been charged for this meal
