Won't order food here again in the drive thru- we ordered a small cheeseburger and after waiting in the pull-up area for 10 minutes my husband went in to check and our bag was just sitting on the counter while the employees were chatting with each other. Seemed bothered when he asked for his cheeseburger.
Trapped for 10 minutes in the drive through "after" getting my blizzard because the 4 people inside are hanging out while 1 person cooks and 4 other vehicles are backed up waiting for their food and have been parked by the inside. Attempted to go to the drive thru at 10:25 on a Saturday evening (drive thru is open until 11 pm) and the served the car in front of us then just didn’t say anything on the speaker. The car in front of us has to tell us they were now “closed”
I went in to the local dairy queen today to give them another shot to make up for their more then poor service from the manager specifically or shift lead or whatever 🤔 in the past I have had similar issues with this manager because of over batch cooking the fries and dried out burgers because they sit in the phu for too long and being a former dq employee else where I know the expectations as far as how a customer is treated and there for shouldn't be called a liar and treated like a addict that comes in all the time to sc... read more
I never viewed Dairy Queen any more than a blizzard stop, but today that was changed. Taking a road trip i decided to grab lunch with my blizzard. The flamed chicken strips were delightful. The batter was a bit on the thick side but due to the spicy flavor and perfectly cooked crust it was perfect with the moist chicken. The fries were warm and tasty. For the record DQ, you can skip the bread.
