Cashier was rude and short with customers ahead of us and us. Owner was shouting at other customers and we have never had a blizzard here that was actually blended.
"Basket" of onion rings was only part-way full. My blizzard was quite soft. I'm un-impressed, given the cost of food at Dairy Queen! Update (May 30,2026): They’re still at it. The fries basket is still only a fraction full. Also, the blizzard was soup. I can flip a glass of liquid water upside down if I do it just right…doesn’t prove anything. Also, the ketchup portioning is mystifying: plastic cups only 1/3 full. The landfill thanks you.
Best staff and very kind and I don’t know what all this bad reviews are about. Even after having shortage of staff they are doing their best 👍🏻keep it up guys
They used to be awesome to go! Now it's overpriced & shitty tasting. I recently ordered a double mushroom burger & Fries, got a room temp single patty & 3 fries. Place is a joke now
Generally good. They usually get the orders right and are faster than most DQs. The biggest annoyance for me for all fast food ordering is the constant "Is that everything?" after each item I order. That's why I said I have 4 meals to order before I started. Please listen to me... Update: quality continues to decline. Service not so good and sundaes have no toppings, even when you pay for extra. Shrinkflation bucks.
