The girl who took our order was very rude and proceeded to assume we were done ordering and then gave attitude when we said we had one more thing to add. Her actions made me feel as though we were an inconvenience to her day. I was very disappointed in the service we encountered.
This is absolutely ridiculous! If you don’t have enough staff, hire more. And if you can’t, then don’t take on more business than you can handle. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, and not a single person showed up—everyone was busy ‘working hard’ in the back while a bunch of customers stood outside waiting to order. Not one staff member came to help.
