Expect at least a 20 minute wait....Even for one item....That's after watching 10 employees walk past without offering any customer service.....
Regarding ordering a photo cake. Tried ordering a couple of birthday cakes. The first cake ordered, the lady was rough to work with. When I went to pick it up it took about 10 minutes to find it. We got it and it was exactly what we ordered. The lady did a great job! Then a couple of days later I ordered another cake. They told me to email the picture.
