So I went through the drive through tonight to get a cotton candy blizzard. The blizzard had two pieces of broken spoon in it! Also almost a half of a spoon at the bottom of the cup! I spoke to the manager and she said she couldn’t give out refunds! It was against the policy! So I guess if a customer chokes and dies on their watch that’s ok as long as they don’t go against policy! I will warn everyone I know in Carlisle not to go here!
