Person at drive thru was sitting in the drive-thru window, didn't write down the two items we ordered. We had to remind him we had two items.
We went there twice already in a row and some young girl said ice cream machine is frozen and they said we can wait 30 minutes to an hour or longer depending on manager. We never waited and left. We found out they were using this excuse to not have to work and do it, must of got hired from McDonalds where they always say there ice cream machine is out. Overall don’t recommend this one drive on down to bigger Dairy Queen or go to local place in Bluefield VA.
