I go out of my way to visit this location even though it's further away. The feeling of community and care everyone puts in makes a world of difference. Just bought a birthday cake the same day for my friend because they're so reliable.
I have had multiple bad experiences here in the past month. To begin none of the employees put their hair up which is unsanitary and none of the employees wear gloves. I wait on line for at LEAST 30 minutes every time. And an additional 10 minutes for them to just make the order when I am only ordering one item. There is no sympathy offered to any customers and the employees are actually VERY rude, unfriendly, and SUPER unprofessional.
