1star because I order on the app to pick up my food fast and to get going so I do curbside and I get there before my order is even ready and it takes them 20 mins to bring it out it said my food was going to be ready at 7:11pm I didnt even get my food till 7:30 and there was only 3 cars parked in the parking lot its dead as can so i was not expecting it to be fast.Tthen I see atleast 7 cars go throught the drive throught and leave in a manageable time. This is rough and I don't blame the poor girl working the front but man, I placed an online order at 8:10. App said 8:25 pickup. I was there at 8:18 and the girl asked if I needed help and I told her I had an online order but I was early. Only ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a sundae. I went up at 8:30 and she said the order hadn't even shown up yet, I showed her my order and she went and asked someone. Made me my sundae and told me they were working on it. Love Dairy Queen always come here for ice queen and pup cups, however this particular night. We had someone named Emma, I didn’t like her attitude and the service she gave us. My moolatte mocha needed to be wiped down, it was spill on the top. Not presentable at all
