Food was okay I guess, went to the drive thru to pick up our mobile order, we were told we specifically had to come inside, sounds weird, but whatever. So we go inside to get our food and not that it matters much to me but we weren't greeted, or even nearly acknowledged until someone finally came up to us and asked "what do you want" rude first off, I work customer service too and I know they teach you better. F- Only two fry size options. Drive through lane only had trucks in it. Not sure what took so long. Got to the window, waiting on fries and employee was like, 'oh, you still want those?' Sauces are separate charge and don't come with fries but also didn't ask if I wanted sauce. I said yes, I'd pay for sauce and then they didn't want to sell sauce. Dizzying amount of confusion.
