Aimee B was extremely rude to us. She never said a word or even managed a smile and tossed our food at us. I have been going to the DQ for 25 years, this was the worst experience so far.
I went to the drive-through and they were laughing through the microphone the entire time I was ordering, and by time, I finally picked up my order. The lady literally threw the bag through the window at me, even though I thanked her for my order without her, saying a single word to me. What a joke. The non response from management or ownership should give you a pretty good idea of how well this place is run when you call. I went to talk management only to find teenagers giggling and laughing!
