Worst service i ever had at any dairy queen.....order not what I ordered after repeating it twice sizes all wrong no whipped cream as ordered. I called to complain and they said ok lol didn't offer anything to fix what I paid for and didn't receive...
This place cannot pick up the phone to save their lives I called different times throughout the day to plan if I was visiting that evening due to a event they were having and I didn’t know if they were participating in that event or not! It’s very quick information I don’t see why they can’t pick up the phone ! ALSO SOMEONE THEN PICKED UP AND SOUNDED LIKE THEY PLACED THE PHONE BACK DOWN TO PURPOSELY IGNORE THE CUSTOMER ON THE PHONE !
Soft Serve is decent, but all the other stuff Is hardly ment for human consumption
