This place cannot pick up the phone to save their lives I called different times throughout the day to plan if I was visiting that evening due to a event they were having and I didn’t know if they were participating in that event or not! It’s very quick information I don’t see why they can’t pick up the phone ! ALSO SOMEONE THEN PICKED UP AND SOUNDED LIKE THEY PLACED THE PHONE BACK DOWN TO PURPOSELY IGNORE THE CUSTOMER ON THE PHONE !
Soft Serve is decent, but all the other stuff Is hardly ment for human consumption
I was really craving a milkshake all day, couldn't tell you last time I had one anywhere, when I saw the 1/2 off shakes sign after running my errand it was an omen! Greeted friendly and promptly, treated kindly as I hadn't seen the menu at any DQ in ages. Entire staff was busy doing something, store was clean and welcoming. Happy Tastes Good was printed on my cup, as advertised. This is a properly run franchise from the bottom up, wouldn't hesitate to stop by again!
