The manager did nothing while the young man was overwhelmed with orders. He did a great job. She was rude when I came back and asked for the water and napkins he forgot because he didnt have any help. I won't be back because of her.
this is not a dairy Queen grill n chill the menu is different than most locations and they don't have chicken strips or cheese curds
The waiter was extremely rude. I asked if they had cheese curds because I didn’t see them on the menu and he pointed to the menu. I asked again for clarification and he stated "that’s only at grill and chill locations". At the end of my order I asked for water, he stated, "I don’t charge for water" in a very nasty tone. I get he was probably overwhelmed working by himself but his customer service skills were some of the worst I’ve ever seen.
