Been going to this Dairy Queen for many years, but on our last visit here, the ice cream was horrible for the $15 that we paid. Not sure if they are new owners, but the ice cream we were served was unacceptable. It did not have any taste whatsoever and it was not creamy as usual. It was more like ice milk. Icy bits of water in it. I spoke to the owner who happened to be there and he told me there was nothing wrong with it. Unacceptable! We will never return there! I would give no stars if I could!
I ordered this cake for my friend’s birthday and honestly, I’m really happy with how it turned out. The cake looked beautiful and the design came out exactly how I wanted it. You can tell they actually put time and effort into making it look good. My friend loved it! Also, the staff were really nice and welcoming. Everyone had a friendly, good vibe, which made the whole experience even better. I’m definitely happy with my order and would come back again. Thank you for making the cake look so good!
This has to be one of the worst experiences of my life. When i first walked the employees were no where to be found. After 5 whole minutes they finally showed up. Me and and my daughter both got blizzards, and they were purely vanilla. Atleast 2 toppings in each. Both ice creams were melted and the employees did not even flip them to see if they would leak. Great flavors. Only complaint they offer coupons just to their own people , whole in Ontario its for all public .
Really great customer service at this branch! We ordered an ice cream cake, and Kamal was the guy working that day. He was super attentive and helpful, showed us different decoration options and made the whole process really easy. We were very happy with the service and the cake.
