Came in for 3 cupcakes, there was 1 left. An employee asked a coworker if he could make the cups at first he said yes and then said nevermind he forgot how to make them. Very poor service. Place seems to be ran by teenagers in the evening.
Originally pulled through the drive up but the menu on the drive-up is no lights on it didn't work so we went inside I asked for a chocolate large chocolate dipped and chocolate cone was informed they don't serve they don't have soft serve chocolate My partner ordered a pumpkin pie lizard he was informed they don't have pumpkin pie but the menu said the they had it other than that it was good
Went to DQ on our way home tonight. First off the girl taking my order wasn't very inviting. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Next while I was waiting another lady came in to complaint about her order the night before. So on the way home I grabbed a couple of the "extra crispy" fries I had ordered but instead I grabbed limp cold rubbery fries. I called to let the manager know as she had just had a complaint.
