Crazy how this pace is right off LaGrange’s and it’s so busy and has all these other competitors around it , but worth the drive to DQ! The best ice cream! Better than what’s around ! :)
Ya know, DQ has a distinctive taste & texture to their ice cream..., it's been that way as far back as I can remember (60+ years). But today it wasn't the same. It was softer & lacked the creamy deep vanilla flavor. It also wasn't very cold as it was quickly melting too. Either they served this too soon before it was ready, or they were using an inferior product. Either way I was greatly disappointed in the quality of their ice cream today.
