We were stuck in the drive through for no less than 25 minutes. I won't say the employees were rude but definitely not polite or helpful. The entire time we were waiting for our food at the window after we paid, no one checked in with us to let us know that it would be while. When we finally decided we'd rather not wait since their communication was terrible. We knocked on the window to ask for a refund instead. The employee looked unbothered and unapologetic. The food was all over cooked, they refused to remake any of the brown fries or cheese curds, the dining area was disgusting as well
I was waiting for 27 minutes in the Drive-Thru for an order I placed ahead online. They didn't even give me everything that was in my order, but I didn't want to pull around and wait again because people were parked out in the street waiting in line.
Ice cream was good but I waited 45min for 2 blizzards. Everytime I come to this location It takes forever.
