Why are we closing up before the store closes? Couldn’t order a chicken basket because they wanted to close up the fryer 20 mins early. Not cool
Clerk took 10 minutes o take order of people in front of screwed it up and had to redo for 2 adults and 2 kids. Needed help from manager. Gave my order and she acknowledged half. Had to repeat second half. The asked a third time. Thirty minutes in and out for a small sundae and mini blizzard.
Ordered a double bacon backyard ranch combo, received a medium instead of a large cheese curds, had to go back in to get my side of ranch, and received the entire wrong burger with my order. On top of that a hair was found on the incorrect burger. Also had to wait 10+ minutes total even after ordering online and picking up past the estimated ready time. 0/10 makes me not want to go back to the location again.
Hi. So… why is everyone so angsty and mean at this location? Coworkers are ALWAYS bickering, confused, and rude to eachother. It’s literally so uncomfortable every time we come here. Gentleman on register tonight was visually upset at other coworkers, but it felt like he was taking it out on us? Slamming things, rolling his eyes, rushing our order, and then complaining to his coworker about our order being ‘complicated’ after a couple of modifications RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. LOL! Blizzards were melted and she literally took my Chippewa valley coupon card and didn’t give it back. Took like 15 minutes to get two blizzards. I used to work at DQ for two years and this is totally unacceptable.
