PREJUDICE YOUNG GIRL today was my first time coming here I live in Milwaukee and the cashier was a young girl with brown hair. Very rude took my order. Made me wait 15 minutes. We ordered a banana split. The girl who made is intentionally used an old banana. My wife brought it to her and she was like... yeah I know. So she asked for a replacement but the girl's attitude was like she didn't care. What is going on in small towns when it comes to service?
Waited in the drive thru for almost 5-10min just for a melted blizzard. I just got it today too. It’s ice cream, shouldn’t be that big of a deal, but no. I expected more. No matter how hot it is, the ice cream shouldn’t have been this melted. It looks like it has been sitting before even handed it off to me too. I am actually kinda piss. Went there tonight around 6pm for dinner. Took us several attempts to get anyones attention in the drive thru. When we were handed our food there was nothing said at all. Just a hand with bags shoved out the window. We live 5 minutes away, when we got home our burgers were cold and the patties were hockey pucks. It was as if they had been sitting in the window since lunch.
