Me and my family went there and was greeted nicely with the drive thru worker. When wanting to order other food her boss said no. Not understanding why asking the managers name she refused to give it to me. Then said it was Veronica. So I believe it was fabricated. Only grill so we love this place, but customer service needs to be better. This incident happened 4:49 ticket number dt-176
The man working gave me so much anxiety. He was finishing my words and felt like he was… I don’t know but it wasn’t busy and there was no line. I never have any issues here.
