Legit the worst experience I’ve had at a DQ. 1. This location constantly forgets the whipped cream on my strawberry shake, including today when I specifically asked for whipped cream when placing my order. 2. While waiting for my order, the workers were laughing and joking around so the service was very disorganized. I was given my change, then ice cream a minute later and then a few minutes after that, the employee asked whether he already had given me my drink. Excited to go for ice cream on a hot summer night, get to the door it’s locked and they have chairs up. Who closes inside restaurant a full hour before their posted working hours?!! More likely closed way before 930pm with chairs up & doors locked. Worked restaurants and we never locked doors until posted time. Ontop of that I turned to look at cashier to see my card coming from under window area. So now I need to cancel card and pray caught in time.
