I stopped at this store at 9pm and placed an order on the app. The food was not fully cooked. When I requested a refund, I was informed that they could not do a refund because they are a franchise store and do not own the app. They offered to remake the order, which I agreed to. Come to find out that they microwave everything, there is no fresh food here. The employees take old food from the morning, put it together barehanded, and then throw it in the microwave. They also do not read the order.

I’ve had staff attempt to refuse to honor coupons because they can’t do math. Only grudgingly did the staff member honor the coupon. Have also seen a manager disrespect another employee while trying to order here.

Blizzards were not fresh they are pre made.You could tell by the liquid in them . Drive thru young lady was nice though only reason for the extra stars

We ordered a large chocolate ice cream with candy crunch.. and when we got it, we got a small taster cup for 99 cents extra.. hardly any on the ice cream.. Then we hear a black lady screaming that we need another extra small cup of candy crunch... very unprofessional.
