Fast and polite
Not a pleasant experience. The employee seemed annoyed she had to take care of a customer. To top it off the ice cream was freezer burnt.
Ice cream from Dairy Queen is supposed to be an enjoyable treat. Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple negative encounters with the location with rude staff, incorrect orders, or being overcharged. It’s hard for me to complain about ice cream, but this location has some challenges they need to address before getting a better rating.
Chocolate ice cream was sour ! Then tried a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate, that chocolate was nasty an the cone was so hard couldn't even eat it, threw it away!! I won't be back
