I have never known DQ to have yellow tasteless vanilla soft serve until I came here!!! wasted $20 on 4 cones
Apparently, the customer is NOT important, and when a manager blames the customer because they use an inferior product causing my 25 bucks worth the food plus a 6 dollar small shake to hit the floor. Well, it is BS. I called to talk to the owner and was told no. As a resident of the small town it is located, this business practice is inexcusable.
