The store was a dirty mess. We did an app order and it said 15min till it would be done. When we arrived earlier than that and our blizzards were melting. They had. Them ready earlier and had them sitting on the counter melting.
Ordered multiple items on the app. Specifically checked each item was exactly what we wanted. Got to the window and they hand me a regular cone when I paid for a dipped cone. I said I ordered a dipped cone and the girl working told me "it just said chocolate" and wouldn't check the order or offer to remake it or even just dip that one. I checked on my app after leaving and it said "dipped cone". Very disappointed in the customer service.
