5 stars in fast and reliable service! They made a fresh custom cake as a walk in customer. They treated me with kindness and respect. Did not hesitate or have any kind of attitude. I'm not inherently upset that the sauce didn't fully cover the tenders. I'm upset that they don't WHEN they charge $2 extra for the equivalent of a squirt of barbecue sauce (guesstimate of about 1000% mark-up). When you're charging that kind of mark-up, you should AT LEAST be making sure the whole things are covered. For ~1000% mark-up, you should at least be doing that much for your customers. Says closed at 10 came at 9:30 and they shut off the lights, cashier rude from previous experience, done eating here
Horrible customer service. Because they don’t understand basic complaints and try to blame the customer when. Very rude and disrespectful. Will be contacting corporate.
