The girl working tonight was extremely rude. I went to the drive thru and she was very very short and you could hear her sighing and talking under her breath. We were ordering the mix n match n she kept getting it wrong then was mad when I said, very nicely by the way, no that makes 3, not 4. And when I asked to speak to a manager they just said sorry hopefully it’s not bad next time. Like what? As someone who has worked in fast food, and owned my own business, this kinda behavior is NOT okay.
Worst service i have ever seen from fast food. Absolutely awful.
I went through to remind rewards points for a FREE chicken strip 750 points and they still wanted to charge $3.99... so I left. Honor rewards or don't advertise it Mcminnville location only Sheridan and Newberg are GREAT!! The gal also had terrible customer service skills and dropped the F bomb when I left ....
