I just wanted to share my DQ Ice Cream Cake experience on 5/21/26, my Mothers Birthday. I looked it up beforehand and they are prices for $30 for a 10” cake. I went in and waited a couple minutes for service which is totally fine. I was looking at the cakes and was surprised at how many they had and the various selection. Their customer service is one of the worst. Everytime I go there they make me feel like an inconvenience. I truly hate ordering because of it. Love the ice cream though, but the service really makes it not even worth it.
Manager is extremely rude. Will not be coming back. Came at me agressive with and told me id have to pay him for him look at the camera.
