Our Blizzards were good but if you would have done the upside down test it would have been on the floor. They were more like shakes.
I was going to scan my receipt and realized I couldn’t see a barcode, meaning I couldn’t earn any points from my food. Terrible.
Waited 20 minutes for my lunch and gave up. So slow. Don’t advertise your store as a Grille…..Subway next door……5 minutes!
Pulled in the driveway through tonight at 8:50 sat there for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. Pulled around front and parked to go in. The girl still had the lights on and said we're closed. If you are open until 9, then you are open until 9. We purposely didn't get desert where we went for dinner so we could get some DQ and support other places because everyone is hurting right now.
Ordered a blizzard and a chocolate shake only got my blizzard and never got my shake just pretty much just moved on the next customer order and forgot about it and didn't even bother to make it or nothing and was in a hurry to get home didn't want my blizzard melt so I left
