2 weeks in a row they out of ice cream
This is the second time we’ve came all the way to DQ to get ice cream just to be told “Sorry, food only.” They told us on a previous visit that they’ll no longer serve chocolate ice cream because “it’s broke and probably won’t ever get fixed.” At this point, this place needs to be sold to another owner with some business acumen who can successfully run it, or just shut it down. I’m sure this place will go the way of the Belmont DQ—converted to a taco spot. I look forward to the tacos.
If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. I went through the drive thru and waited what seemed like an eternity. There were 3 cars ahead of me and I waited about 20 minutes. The 2 cars in front of me had just one or 2 items each, so the wait was kinda crazy. I got to the front, handed her my card and after she said "Oh by the way, the ice cream was a little soft so we had to put your dip cone in a cup". Lobby was very unkempt. All of the tables needed wiping.
