Sat in this drive thru line for 20 mins tonight to be the next in line at the speaker for the young man to say sry we are closed for the night mind you it wasn’t even 10pm yet. Beyond ridiculous, customer service is not what it used to be and yall complain fast food employees need more money. Show me why!
Not sure if it is this location or if there are supply chain issues within DQ, but this one regularly struggles to keep ingredients in stock to make regular menu items. Their saving grace is they generally have friendly staff. Return visit after a few months. No issues with ingredients this time but the Blizzard was almost soup.
Food was good , first time eating there. The guy taking orders spoke low and fast so I couldn't understand him much. He has to say the same thing several times.
I placed a doordash order around 7:33 Today & once i received my food my chicken was small & cold, my fries were cold. I ordered 3 blizzards & my new york royale cheesecake blizzard didn’t have any cheesecake in it?????? whoever was working & made my order needs to be fired because they’re just playing on the clock at this point 🤦♂️
It really sucked because the only reason I go to diary queen is for the chocolate ice cream
