I asked if they were able to make a cotton candy parfeit and the lady told me yes, after I had paid, Amy, im assuming is the owner came to the front saying she cant make it because it is not explicitly on the menu but the girl had already started making it and was almost done. The owner was rude. Thank you to the lady at rhe register and thank you to the lady that was making it..thank you for trying. I would really like a refund because whay is got instead of what I asked for was disgusting.
This place is truly a disgrace. The banana split had rotten bananas and strawberries in it. The fries were cold, burnt, old, and taste like grease. The royal new york cheesecake blizzard taste like old cookie dough. That was my first time dining at a DQ and the worst food I've ever had.
