8-23 We waited in line for 8+ minutes while person was making food. She said I'll be right with you. While waiting a customer came up to find out the status of his food. He told us he has been waiting over 20 minutes for his meal. This is not acceptable! Why pay for all those billboards for MILES to tell people to stop not to have staff to be able to put food out? Literally took FIFTEEN MINUTES for a simple order of French fries that weren't even that good. Took so long and I had to speak up for my order they were gatekeeping my order in the back I swear bro ts pissed me off
